• We offer free shipping all over Pakistan

• Standard delivery time is about 3-8 days

Conditions for returns:

• In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The products were purchased in the last 15 days.

• The products are in the original packaging.

• The following products cannot be returned:

• The used product after receiving parcel delivery.

• The product that is damaged.

• The product that is mixed or altered.

• Other type of goods like perfume, flowers, spoons, etc

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Products:

• After the return request is accepted by FABACE Naturals, we will send a return acceptance email to you. You should send the product to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of purchase. NOTE: Product sent back to FABACE Naturals without making a return request would not be accepted.

Refund : 

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item, and then we will issue your refund money with in 1 to 3 days.
